Complex Construction Update

 

The turf for Field 3 has arrived!

 

Construction activity continues at the complex and with it the anticipation of having Field 3 completed grows.

 

Those of you who frequent the complex have seen the trench along the entire length of Field 2. That was done in order to install electrical conduit for the future installation of lights. It will be awhile but there will be lights at the complex.

 

The more exciting news is the arrival of the turf. You will notice over 20 rolls on the ground at the north end of what will be Field 3. Within the week the base material for the field will be brought in and final grading and compaction will take place. Then we can begin to roll out the turf!

 

Everyone keep your fingers crossed for good weather. We just might be playing on Field 3 by the end of the Fall season!
