U.S. U-15 GIRL’S NATIONAL TEAM PLAYS FOUR MATCHES AT PALO ALTO, CALIF. CAMP:

The U.S. Under-15 Girl’s National Team ended its week-long camp in Palo Alto, Calif. on April 19 after playing four matches against collegiate sides during the week. On April 16, the U.S. U-15s lost to Stanford, 2-0, after the Cardinal scored on its first two shots of the game from Kristin Stanndard and Hillary Heath. The U.S. did hold Stanford at bay for the rest of the match although theCardinal did fire24 more shots. On April 18, the U-15s fell 2-1 to the University of Oregon as forward Cate Parchinski scored the USA’s lone goal. Both of those matches were 80 minutes long. On April 19, the U-15s played a pair of 50-minutemini-games back-to-back, defeating the University of Washington, 1-0, before drawing 1-1 with the University of San Francisco. Against the Huskies, Shelby Payne scored aftera nice through pass from Olivia Schultz. Against the Lady Dons, Morgan Brian scored from the penalty spot after Caprice Dydascowas taken down in the box just eight minutes into the game.
