Construction begins on the west side

The final layer of dirt and the top layer of finished “red breeze” are being applied to the first tier on the south end.  Work has been completed on the metal culvert.  The bottom retaining wall of the wet side nears completion.  The second tier wall has been continued around the southwest corner and has progressed about half way along the west side.
