Second level on the south end nears completion

Construction on the second level retaining wall has reached the southwest corner.  Just like with the bottom wall, as the second tier is completed it is back filled.  Each retaining wall also has a drainage system.  Prior to back filling, a perforated drain pipe and crushed rock are installed behind and at the base of the wall in order to minimize water damage.  Work continues on the metal culvert that runs through the west berm.  The bottom retaining wall has been continued around the corner and work has started on the initial base of the west side.
