Construction begins on the second level retaining wall

Blocks for the retaining walls just keep on coming. The work has started on the second level retaining wall. As construction nears the southwest corner, drainage improvements start. The metal culvert that runs through the west berm has to be lowered two feet and then extended to the east. The retaining walls will then be continued around the corner and work will start on the west side.
