Competitive Procedures for Resolving Coaching Concerns
- Find an appropriate time to speak with the coach to resolve the problem. We suggest that any concerns are voiced to the coaching staff 24 hours after a game or at an appropriate time following practice.
- If the problem has not been resolved, inform the Director of Coaching of the situation. He/she will work all concerned parties to find a solution.
- If the aforementioned has not provided sufficient resolution, write a letter addressed to the PRIDE Coaches Committee detailing the facts of the issues. The Committee will respond within 30 days of receipt of a written report.
