Director of Coaching: Colorado Springs largest and most successful premier soccer club is seeking applicants for this full time staff position.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 7 years club, college or pro coaching experience, USSF “B” or equivalent, college playing experience or higher.
• Excellent organizational/administrative skills, effective communication skills with players, parents and coaches that instill a desire to learn and achieve.
• Duties include: Staff management, team coaching, club training scheduling, tournament selection, player placement and program development.
