Usage Rules & Guidelines

In order to keep our facility as safe as possible for all players and fans, our insurance carrier requires certain rules be enforced in terms of parking and location of spectators. The main reason for the renewed emphasis on these guidelines is that when cars and people come into contact with each other, it is the car that usually wins. We do not want to see anyone injured!

That being said, cars and people need to be separated by enough buffer space to make the area as safe as possible. Parking rules are as follows:

 

1. All cars must be parked in the designated area on the south side of the access road.

2. No cars can be parked in the drive-thru sections of the parking area.

3. No cars can be parked on the north side of the access road.

4. No cars can be parked on the field level.

5. No cars can be parked on the burms.

We understand that during weather extremes, these guidelines can make watching games a little less enjoyable. Please keep in mind the safety issues that are paramount to the well being of everyone involved (players, coaches, fans, referees).

 

In an effort to keep our facility in top condition, there are additional rules and guidelines that have been put in place. Spectator rules are as follows:

1. No spectators are allowed on the field level with the exception of the east side of what is currently Field 2.

2. Only teams are allowed in between the two fields.

3. Spectators are allowed anywhere on the burms at the west and south sides of the fields with the exception of the southwest corner above the drainage pipe.

4. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the confines of the complex.

5. Trash is everyone's responsibility! Please use the receptacles that are provided and leave the ground free of debris.

Finally, there are specific rules that must be followed by those on the playing surface itself.

Field rules are as follows:

 

1. No smoking or using tobacco of any kind.

2. No food of any kind.

3. No gum, candy, seeds, nuts, shells, fruits or snacks of any kind.

4. Only water or sports drinks are allowed on the playing surface.

5. No equipment can be used that will tear or puncture the playing surface in any way.

 

With everyone informed of these rules and guidelines, we can all enjoy the games, practices, camps and other events and have a great venue in which to enjoy them. Thank you for your cooperation.
