The Pride Copas 95 U13 boys recently won the Trebol Tournament Silver Division. The team scored 15 goals and gave up 1 goal on the way to a 4 win, 0 loss and 1 tie record. After opening with a 0-0 tie on Friday evening, the team put together 3 wins on Saturday, despite very windy conditions. The day began in the sunshine with an 11-0 victory. That was followed by 1-0 and 2-1 wins. On Sunday the team put together a very solid 1-0 win in the Championship game. There were several chances to increase that lead. A solid team defense held the opponents to a few long range shots. Best of all the team demonstrated good individual skills and some very good team play, moving the ball to take advantage of smooth, wide fields. This was a sound team effort as everyone played in key parts of every game.

Congratulations to the Pride Wildcats U10 girls on winning the Gold division of the CYS Cup. The girls went 5-0 in the tournament. They battled hard in freezing temps, sleet and wind with no subs in the championship game, after losing a player in the semis to a concussion. The girls have had an amazing season so far playing Intermediate Gold A1, winning 14 out of 15, including winning the Thornton Kick Off Classic over labor day weekend. Way to go Wildcats!!!!

Pride 97G won the U11G bronze division of the 2007 Storm Tournament. They played a tough schedule with 3 games on Saturday (8am, 12:30pm, and the last started at 7pm due to rain). Through extreme heat and a rain delay, the team went 3-0 on the first day. Day two finished up with a tough loss to the Colorado Storm Blue IV team but due to the stellar performance on Saturday, Pride 97 Black took the championship!
Great work girls.
